Office 2016 Preview Update: Keep your mail in order

Microsoft today again updated Office 2016 preview version, version number upgrade to 16.0.6741.2014, where the insider Insider users can now upgrade to the latest version. This update includes three new features, Outlook mail archiving, Office 365 group collaboration optimization and release to Power BI features, as follows:

1. increase the mail archiving function: use the new archive button to quickly move the inbox items or any other folder to the archive folder, so that the inbox becomes more neat and organized. But please be assured that the archive contents are still available and can be easily restored to their original location.

2.Office 365 group collaboration: group functions can be used to share files, sessions, meetings and mail, members can collaborate to quickly complete the task. Users can now browse, join or even create groups in Outlook, and add groups to favorites for quick access.
3.the joint Power BI function: For users with Power BI subscriptions, users can directly publish reports such as charts to Power BI, and can interact with the data in the dashboard.
